Claritza N. Abreu currently serves as Vice President of Enterprise Technology Risk Management for State Street Corporation. She also serves as Program Chair and Adjunct Professor of Information Technology Cambridge College School of Management in Cambridge, MA. Claritza devotes a significant amount of time to community service supporting public health research, STEM education, mentorship, and social issues.
One of her most recent accomplishment is the launch the first global mobile and web app (LatInc.us) for Latino students and professionals to connect, mentor, find jobs and development opportunities. Claritza holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering from INTEC, a master’s Degree in Computer Science from Boston University MET School and several graduate certifications in technology, leadership and public administration.
Codess is a community for female engineers initiated by Microsoft, established to explore ways to promote gender diversity in the engineering field.
Codess aims to inspire female coders and help them achieve their professional goals. Through networking events, mentoring and sharing advice and experiences, we hope to offer a forum to women unlike any other.

I am Ramya, a software engineer in Microsoft. I graduated from PES University in Bangalore and immediately after which I started working in Microsoft in Hyderabad. 3 years later I moved to Seattle and worked for Microsoft in Redmond. 2 years after that I started working for Skype in the beautiful city of Prague. Microsoft has given me wonderful opportunities to be a part of three amazing cultures as well as express my self by being a part of creating different products.
Stepan joined Microsoft at 2006 as Technical Evangelist. After nine years he left Microsoft to start working as European Cloud Team Lead at pharmaceutical company MSD. He spent in pharma industry one and half year to rejoin Microsoft back. His responsibility in new role is to help companies with Proof of Concept and architecture of IoT solutions in CEE region using Microsoft Azure. In free time Stepan visiting cooking school and cook for friends as hobby.
Iryna joined Microsoft 5 years ago as Software Engineer in Skype. She has rich experience with engineering and architecting distributed high-scalable systems.Main Iryna’s mission was move legacy Skype system to brand new Cloud infrastructure.
Since begin of 2017 she joined Microsoft Dynamics CRM as Tech Lead in Segmentation team.She proved herself as technical expert in Cloud/BigData processing systems, and as person who can lead a team to deliver product.
In her spare time, Iryna takes care about her son and dog, reading tech blogs and articles, and balancing her obsession of great food with her love of fitnessJ.”
Aishe is the Principal Program Manager for Microsoft’s next generation cross-platform Skype application. She is a recognized leader in driving several globally recognized software releases like the Skype web client on Microsoft O365, Skype on Xbox, Skype on tablets and Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP. She studied computer science engineering in India and started her career at Siemens developing medical imaging software. She’s taken on various roles, including software lead, technical project manager, program manager and release manager in Seattle, Copenhagen and Prague. She enjoys working with globally distributed teams on complex client releases, and transforming ambiguity into a smooth and predictable engineering rhythm.
